Which plans include Client Portal?
Client Portal is available from the Advanced plan, except the Pre-Flight Predictor and Revenue Attribution which start on Free and Starter respectively. The full matrix is on the pricing page.
How long does setup take?
Connecting your first network takes about two minutes. We import 90 days of history automatically where the platform API allows it, so the dashboards are useful immediately rather than after a month of collection.
Do you support all eleven networks here?
Where the platform API exposes the capability, yes. Where it does not — and there are real gaps, particularly around Threads and Bluesky analytics — we say so in the interface rather than showing you an empty chart with no explanation.
Can I export the data?
Every table has a CSV export, reports export to PDF, PPTX and XLSX, and the Advanced plan includes a public API and a Looker Studio connector. Your data is not held hostage.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account drops to the Free plan rather than being deleted. You can export everything at any time, and a full account deletion removes all of it within 30 days.
